Apprentice Recruitment Portal
ETCO is New Zealand’s leading provider of electrical apprentices and electrical training. In conjunction with Master Electricians NZ, they wanted an online solution for aspiring electrical apprentices to find job openings with potential employers, and for their member electrical contractor companies to be able to find and connect with aspiring apprentices.
Our Solution: Apprentice CONNECT
Working in close collaboration with both the People & Culture and Marketing teams at ETCO, we created Apprentice CONNECT.
Design was based around keeping it clean, simple and intuitive, easy to use on mobile, and exhibiting great UI/UX.
The core functionality was based around a two-way job board where apprentices and contractors could search for, and find, each other, along with the ability to build and edit compelling user profiles. We also designed and developed an advertiser dashboard, where electrical contractors could post and manage job adverts, directly search apprentice profiles, manage communications and curate company branding collateral.
Finally, we built an Admin function for ETCO to monitor and manage end user activity on the site.
